Frega for Beginners' is where you can pick up hints and tips about how the platform can help you.

By FAR the best way to learn about Frega and take full advantage of it as it grows, is to click the 'Help' button and pair up with a consultant.  It won't cost you a penny, and you'll quickly discover what Frega has to offer.  (This will be available from the second week of December 2020).

If you're on a laptop, the Help button is at the top or your screen.  If on a smartphone, click the top menu and choose Help.
